Along with the announcement that the new MacBook White is available in Spain, we also find that the promotion of Apple and is available for students in our country [US].
Apple Back to School
The terms and conditions are much the same like that of last year back to school offer: an iPod (all available) gift with your new Mac purchase for this promotion and a discount of $50 on the macbook and $100 on the pro and the imac. The promotion is available for all macs but the Mac mini and Mac Pro.
Too bad the rumors that failed like the “iPhone for free”, but not everything is possible … Maybe next year?
Strangely enough, only a few weeks for the start of the WWDC’09, but you know when will be the Keynote (which we will live), it is still a little uncertain of the topics that ll be talked about. (Note: This Keynote will not be led by Steve Jobs).
Apple says that in this Keynote, it was about the iPhone OS 3.0 and make a small advance to Snow Leopard. But can we trust Apple? I do not remember Apple lying about the topics before, but I do not remember giving details of the topics to be spoken either? [Remember iphone and macbook air??]
I mean, Apple released the iPod Shuffle market in a very strange, it was Tuesday, did not even hold a Keynote (although they had to do in September), why not ivan to do the same with a new iPhone (which nothing is said)?
What if you are sure of is that we can see (at last) a preview of the new operating system more dear to us, Mac OS X, we did a brief review of what could bring this new OS, but (and that if not to change) Apple always saves the best for last.
We will surely miss Jobs at the center stage, but Phil will take up the job of announcing the new iphone and the iphone OS and possbily a preview of snow leopard.
I have always been a big fan of apple’s ads because I get to use them for shutting down windows users. It is such a delight to watch those ‘ Get a Mac ‘ ads. Apple has recently come up with 3 new ads for buy a mac. The same stars are being casted and the videos is of the same length and has the typical white background and apple touch with it.
The first video (above) is called ‘PC Chat Choice’, the second (below) is called the ‘Elimination’ and the third (after the jump) ‘Customer Care’.
The elimination ad brings in good insult to windows users and is awesome and clearly the best among the three.
This morning, as promised a new version of Twitterrific for iPhone and iPod touch has been released. Firstly I would say it’s a change for the better, with a clear and accurate release, without any error at first glance. Edit Menu is very easy and simple, with a simple tap “Edit” can add or delete our accounts, or edit the order in which you want to show the accounts. The software is also powered by a very good search feature.

If you feel easy to write 140 characters on Twitter.com, and now thanks to Twitterrific 2.0 you will find it even more. Simply touch the icon “Post a new Tweet” and write.
And not only is easier, but also brings interesting news, like the option to Know to locate your position via your iPhone or iPod touch, or even shorten URLs.
It is a good update, but is not all roses, because:
1. It’s in English only.
2. Sometimes it is confusing, since it has so many options.
3. If you liked the old interface, do not upgrade.
But one thing I have to say: “Simple, easy and intuitive, three words that describe the new Twitterrific.”
Last night, Apple released a new version of iPhone OS 3.0. (Note: the update is only available to registered developers at the iPhone Dev Center) this beta, which is number 5 (Build 7A312g) offers very little change.
Iphone SDK
A new version of the SDK beta is attached to (the Build 9M2735), the main novelty is the inclusion of “StoreKit” which will allow registered developers to start using the new system “In App Purchase” (What you do not know it is a new system designed to sell content and services from the application). Apple has probably found a new channel for monetizing iphone apps.
Together with these two innovations, Apple has also released a new beta version of iTunes 8.2, which fixes some bugs in te earlier release.
Like last year, Apple has managed to sell all tickets for the WWDC’09, a great achievement, which has certainly been helped by the recent arrival of the Application number one billion of the App Store and great support from around the Mac world.

It is also quite possible that sales of these tickets have been increased by the official launch of version 3.0 software and iPhone and iPod touch, according to recent rumors, a new version (or not) the new Mac OS X Mac OS X Snow Leopard.
The developer community has played a great role in the application testing for iphone as well as OSX seeds. Apple has created that exclusivity for the developers and developers take a great pride in attending the events of apple and the press flocks in for the events.
