The apple Icon, and technology celebrity, Steve Jobs, is supposed to have returned back to his office, as reported by multiple sources including BBC, CNBC and by hundreds of other tech bloggers. Steve Jobs took a long leave of absence citing a health issue and many blogs are speculating that he underwent a liver transplant.

If you are a developer or a designer or a photographer or a musician, you could really make a mac to a good advantage. If you are a full time blogger, you might still find a mac a better alternative to ‘windoze“. As a matter of fact, whatever you do, you can work with a mac better than you do with a windows computer.
Wordpress is a state of art and open source publishing platform and is mostly the unanimous choice for most bloggers. Here are a few good wordpress compatible desktop clients, which you can use on a mac.
The advantages:
1. It works mac style.
2. You have more freedom in a application than in a browser, like a drag and drop image.
3. Offline access

1. Blogo - is a shareware application, and is almost outdated and will probably not work with the latest versions.
2. TextMate - Sheer power for any developer, textmate is a awesome application, which you can use for development for most platforms and also use it as a blogging client.
3. Flock - The social web browser is one of our favorites, since it is free and also open source. Flock supports wordpress and is geared with solid addons.
4. MyBlogEdit 1.0 - A recently launched service and when we took it for a test drive, we were extremely pleased with it.

Google has just announced another release of software for the mac. IF you are using quicksilver, this may not be a impressive addon for you. If spotlight is the cup of tea for you, you might be interested in adding another software to your collection from google - google quick search box.
Launching applications just got easier with google quick search box??
It was already easy and in my opinion google has just reinvented the wheel. While people who have used quicksilver will not even look for another option, using the spotlight has been a very convenient solution for the rest of the people.
Adding to this, spotlight has a boatload of plugins, which you can use along it to enhance your search experience.
Apple does have a great application suite in the form of ilife. The iphoto application is my favorite and the idvd and imovie applications work great, if you are interested in making videos. You get all these software out of box for free, which is a great plus. When it comes to making web applications, xcode is a great tool to create web pages, but it is for proper developers who can work with CSS.
Iweb templates
If you are using iweb for making websites, you might have found a few things evident. The images are of good quality, but come with a setback that they are heavy for slow internet connections.
If you are a developer, you might need more choice of web templates than the one in iweb. This is why we recommend a better tool like that of dreamweaver or coda or rapid weaver.
You might also be impressed with a good collection of iweb templates from third party software. I found this iweb template collection pretty good, from jumsoft.
On Monday this week, the opening Keynote of the WWDC’09 was about the Mac OS X Snow Leopard, the iPhone 3G and iPhone OS S 3.0. Apple has also something else, they want you to take a look at.
Aside these massive developments ,Apple also introduced a very good product, I am talking about the wonderful Safari 4, which ceased to be the best Public Beta since monday.
It is estimated that 11 million downloads have been made since it ceased to be a Beta. And adding more spice, as more than half of these downloads are made from Windows. It is getting clearer than more windows users are moving towards mac and mac based products.
Safari, iTunes and QuickTime have almost become standard software in a windows operating system.
