If you have ever had problems with dry eyes, you would know that it isn’t a pleasant thing experience. However certain products, such as Restasis, have been known to help alleviate pain.Studies conducted by the Stahl Eye Center are trying to determine if Restasis is a valuable treatment for dry eyes as a side effect of laser vision correction (Lasik). Dry eyes reported as worse or much worse than expected in 15.2% of Lasik patients according to USAEyes CORE patient survey. You can read the full report here. If Restasis does, indeed, help cure the side effect of dry eyes after lasik then it would be of great help indeed.
