Dealing with windows on my macbook using bootcamp was not a great experience. Espeically since it was more than an year since I even logged in to windows. There were a lot of stuff which needed attention. I had to reinstall so many important software like photoshop, vlc and many other security programs. There I preferred to have a clean registry to start with. You should always use two different logins on the os and use admin only for installing software. I was searching for a good registry cleaner and I got one and did a complete wipe off on the registry editor. This was a great way to get started with a clean OS install, but I did not want to reinstall the OS. Cleaning the registery also has other advantages like faster installations and also clean installations, which was very important in my case.
